Pat Venditte switch pitches during Yankees spring training game

New York Yankees farmhand Pat Venditte made his debut in a Major League spring training game earlier this week. While the debut appearance of a relief pitcher isn't usually newsworthy, Venditte's story is special in that he pitches with both arms.
